Turn data into discovery

R Programming Foundations

R is a powerful, open-source software widely used for data analysis and visualization. This 4-session bootcamp introduces trainees to essential tools and techniques for computational biology, including packages designed for ‘omics’ analysis. Participants will learn how to understand the fundamentals of R syntax, analyze basic biological datasets, and create simple graphs using R. This hands-on series is ideal for those looking to strengthen their data analysis skills and apply R to biological research. For questions, please contact laaustin@augusta.edu.
