The WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) Editor contains the basic editing functions similar to those found in Microsoft Word. See this OmniUpdate (OU) documentation for an in-depth guide to the toolbar functions.
Located between the current file and the toolbar, this panel shows different modes, including:
Edit your page by clicking the green direct edit buttons in this mode
Boost your page's SEO and turn on and off different sections of your template
OU Campus has many other buttons that add functionality and ease to your experience as a web publisher.
The Global Navigation Bar is located at the top of the screen, and includes drop-down menus that provide access to additional functions, such as Dashboard, Content, and Add-Ons.
This option takes users to their Dashboard overview page. Clicking the "Dashboard" link in the Global Navigation bar leads to the same place. The Dashboard can be customized.
The "Workflow" list view shows content that a user has sent to another user for approval, or content that has been sent to the current user for approval. Content moving through an approval process can be tracked using this screen.
