Systems Engineer 1

The Systems Engineer 1 serves as an individual contributor in an Information Technology role, providing system implementation, support, monitoring, and maintenance of applications and services. The Systems Engineer must possess the ability to apply an interdisciplinary approach to ensure technical needs are translated into step-by-step processes, effectively producing efficient and effective results. A systems engineer will often collaborate with a project manager and the engineering team and take the lead to translate between the two to facilitate the achievement of a successful system being placed into operation.

Technical Lead, Infrastructure Services

The Technical Lead Infrastructure Services will be responsible for determining project requirements as related to Infrastructure Services. Liaising with team members, group director, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible. Analyzing existing operations and suggesting improvements. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Performing troubleshooting as required. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers.
