The IT Systems Support Professional provides essential, front-line technology support for students, faculty, and staff across all Medical College of Georgia campuses, ensuring reliable operations across critical systems and services. This role delivers professional, customer-focused support across audiovisual, computing, network, simulation, telehealth, and productivity technologies, using clear communication to resolve or escalate issues as needed.
The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform in support of the organization's service management initiatives. This role ensures the platform operates efficiently, securely, and aligns with business needs while supporting continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts.
This Database Engineer supports the design and maintenance of secure, compliant data systems, including REDCap and HPC, essential for Augusta University's research programs. They focus on building scalable data workflows that adhere to HIPAA and FERPA while helping researchers efficiently collect, manage, and analyze data.
The Network Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining the stability and integrity of all in-house data, voice, video, and wireless network services (LAN/WAN). They may also assist in documenting application deployment and operations.
