Below you will find the Abstract Instructions and Abstract Forms. Please submit your signed and completed abstract form to TGSENROLLED@augusta.edu no later than Friday, February 17, 2023. Please note that postdoctoral fellows have the opportunity to request oral presentation in the March 16th postdoc session. In addition to the abstract form, the scoring sheet with criteria used by the judges is also attached for reference.

Important Things to Remember:
Posters
The poster board surface area is approximately 5' high and 4' wide. All posters will be mounted on this size poster board with pushpins.
There is no special accommodations for oversized posters.
If you would like TGS to assist you with printing your poster, it must be submitted to the office by 5PM March 10, 2023, at the latest, (no exceptions will be made).
Students must be at their posters for the duration of the session.
Oral
For postdocs only, the talks will be 10 minutes each, with 5 minutes for questions. Oral Presentations will be on Thursday, March 16, 2023.

Awards
Certificates and cash prizes will be awarded at the Graduate Research Awards Day, based on judges’ scoring in terms of the overall scientific merit of the poster or oral presentation.
First-year graduate students are not eligible for awards.
