The CWE can help you understand and meet requirements for lab reports. Whether it's understanding how to arrange your content, ensuring formatting and citations are correct, or learning the conventions of scientific style, the CWE is here for you.
Whether it's for class or a professional conference, the CWE can assist with understanding the audience for your presentation, brainstorming ideas, organizing content, writing a transcript, and practicing delivery. Many presentations are now multimodal and include a variety of visual and digital aids. The CWE can help you integrate these components in a way that meets your audience's needs and expectations. We can assist with presentations that will take place in-person or virtually.
The research poster is a common academic genre that requires conveying findings in a limited space. The CWE can help you understand genre conventions and format your work effectively. By working with the CWE, you can ensure your poster is easily readable and understood by your target audience. Staff can help you think critically about your content, data visualization, and overall coherence so that your audience can take in the complexity of your work quickly and comprehensively.
The CWE can help you design Infographics that contain the information your audience needs in aesthetically appealing and rhetorically effective ways.
The CWE can support you as you draft and polish manuscripts for publication. Whether it's a journal article, chapter for an edited volume, or book project, the CWE is happy to assist.
The CWE supports writers at any stage in the essay-writing process: brainstorming, drafting, revision, and editing. Writers can receive assistance with projects for any class, major, and discipline. The CWE also assists with personal or professional projects that are not for class. Whether you're seeking to write a clearer, more thorough History of Present Illness for your medical course, a literature review for your honors thesis project, a discussion post for your nursing course, a case study for your marketing class, or a research paper for English composition--or anything in between--the CWE has you covered.
