Personal training is a great way for you to kick-start or develop your ideal personal fitness program. If you're interested in personal training, one of our exercise experts can assist you by providing an initial fitness assessment. Then, they work with you to create an exercise plan that addresses your specific needs so you can successfully attain the goals you set.


Small group training

  • 1-hour sessions (6 p.m. - 7 p.m.)

Consultation - $15

1-hour personalized session to navigate Campus Recreation Center equipment and discuss personal fitness goals/needs.

Fitness Assessment - $20

30-minute session that includes the following tests: cardiovascular capacity, strength, endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
