Group Fitness is a fun and unique opportunity for you to reach your fitness and wellness goals through a wide variety of classes for all interests and skill levels.

Classes are taught by experienced, certified instructors and are free to students and CRC members.


There are no classes during Semester Break Week (August 8th - August 12th )

Class Description

Beginning Strength & Conditioning (45 minutes)
Beginning Strength & Conditioning is designed for anyone, but it is specifically targeted to be the next-step for beginners. The class teaches and allows you to practice new exercises; guiding you on the fundamentals of how to do each exercise. In addition, this class gives you the knowledge and understanding for how to structure your workouts. We adjust the difficulty level based on our participants so that everyone will get a fantastic workout!

Bootcamp (45 minutes)
Bootcamp is taught by an experienced trainer and aimed to improve strength and conditioning through a variety of athletic-based training techniques, free weights, and stability exercises. All routines can be adapted to a variety of skill levels, our bootcamp is designed to include beginners, new to working out, and seasoned lifters alike. Through circuit and interval training, we will have you looking and feeling like a true athlete!

Cardio Drumming (45 minutes)
Cardio Drumming combines cardio exercise and drumming to the rhythm of the music in an easy but effective workout. Cardio drumming is a full-body workout that will leave you smiling, sweating, and feeling great.
 

Hip Hop (45 minutes)
High-intensity dance fitness moves to fun hip hop, Caribbean, and Afro beats music! These hip hop routines include core to full body movements that create a great workout!

Spin (45 minutes)
This class will help increase your cardiovascular endurance as it leads you to pedal your way through a variety of resistance hills, climbs, and intervals.

WERQ (45 minutes)
Based on the hottest pop and hip-hop music, WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout designed from today’s biggest hits! 

Yoga (45 minutes)
Designed to calm the spirit, focus on the mind, and challenge the body. Yoga class addresses strength and flexibility through a range of yoga poses. All levels are welcome!
