OU Campus - Beginner Training
Beginner training is a fundamental piece to updating your department's pages.
Our Content Management System (CMS), Omni Update, makes it easy to update your pages.
With a few clicks, you can make the changes you need and watch them go live on the
university site!
To get access to OmniUpdate for maintaining sites on the augusta.edu website, you
must submit an access request and complete a training exercise to verify that you can perform all of the necessary
tasks to maintain a website. This self-guided exercise typically takes less than an
hour to complete. Training is not required if you will only be editing intranet content on MyAugusta.
How to Log In
- Go to https://www.augusta.edu/ou/ in your browser. Alternatively, you can click the copyright symbol © at the bottom of the page that you will be working on. It is important to note that
you can only log in using this method on a page that you have access to.
- This will take you to the OU Campus Login screen with an Augusta University logo on
it.
- Enter Your NetID: <network ID, usually it is flastname@augusta.edu> and Password: <network Password>
Remember your password is tied to the university's network. To update your password, go to the ITS change password page.
