Brand Usage

The Augusta University Brand Guidelines govern the use of all University logos and trademarks for any purpose and applies to the entire University system. Consistency in the use of University logos strengthens their value and our ability to protect them from unauthorized use.

College and Unit Newsletters

Colleges and units should have a designated embedded communicator to help facilitate communications for their college/unit. For a list of embedded communicators, please visit the link below.

Event Promotion

Communications and Marketing sends out a weekly newsletter, AU Events Weekly, each Monday, with a look ahead at various programs hosted by the university's schools, departments and divisions. To be featured on AU Events, please first add your event to the official Augusta University Calendar. 
In general, please remember that events included on the general calendar should be open for students, faculty, staff and/or the general public to attend. Deadlines, month-long celebrations, departmental meetings, save-the-dates and sales events will not be approved for the calendar or AU Events Weekly.

Style Guide

Augusta University generally follows AP style guidelines for content creation. Access to those guidelines is available through the AP Stylebook website.
