Choral Ensembles

University Singers

Directed by: Dr. Marcel Ramalho

University Singers is the primary choral ensemble in the Department of Music and for Augusta University, and is comprised of traditional and non-traditional students who love choral singing. The group rehearses and performs choral literature from all eras in widely-ranging styles, languages, and cultural contexts. Our repertoire encompasses pieces for mixed, treble, tenor-bass, and chamber choruses, a cappella and with diverse instrumental accompaniment.

How to Join

Membership is available for music majors, minors, and non-majors through friendly, stress-free audition. University Singers rehearses twice a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30-4:20 p.m., in the Recital Hall (Fine Arts Center - Summerville Campus).
