Georgia's second-oldest and second-largest city, Augusta, is situated on
the southern banks of the storied Savannah River. Serving as a halfway

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Augusta
The Ronald McDonald House's (RMH's) mission is to provide nurturing and supportive environments and services to directly improve the health and well-being of children and to bring comfort to their families.
With the RMH being located right outside the Children's Hospital, it could not be more convenient for our families. The RMH provides families, traveling away from home, a place to stay during their time of receiving medical care at Augusta University. We will complete the initial request application for all families needing assistance. After this initial request, families will be responsible for requesting rooms. All eligibility and room request details can be found on the link below.
The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Augusta opened in November
1984. Since then, more than 23,000 families have been served by our
programs.
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation's (ALSF's) mission is to change the lives of children with cancer through funding impactful research, raising awareness, supporting families, and empowering everyone to help cure childhood cancer.
ALSF has been a huge help to the patients and families enrolling with us. They provide help with airfare, gas, and lodging expenses to patients and families where eligibility criteria are met. Our team communicates directly with ALSF to get families approved for assistance by completing an application form for all families needing assistance.
