Phase 2 Trial of Indoximod Enrollment Criteria

• Ages 3-21
• Relapsed or progressive malignant brain tumors of the following types:
  • Glioblastoma 
  • Medulloblastoma
  • Ependymoma
• Newly diagnosed DIPG with no prior radiation or chemotherapy

Travel to Augusta, GA is required. Travel requirements include an initial one month stay, followed by subsequent monthly clinic visits. Monthly clinic visits will continue for the length of trial enrollment. Lodging and travel assistance available through Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Augusta.
