Beyond the signal: Students explore the world of amateur radio
Amateur radio continues to connect people without relying on the internet or cellular networks.

The MPH Internship is your opportunity to put classroom learning into practice. You’ll build professional skills, connect with mentors, and gain practical experience that prepares you for your future career in public health.
The MPH Internship is a 2-credit hour course that requires 75 hours of field experience completed over one semester (16 weeks in Fall/Spring or 12 weeks in Summer).
It offers students practical, applied learning opportunities in public health while focusing on their MPH concentration areas:
Please note: Students are responsible for securing their own internship placement.
