The PhD in Nursing program emphasizes interdisciplinary knowledge development and dissemination. The College of Nursing offers two campuses: in Augusta and in Athens, Georgia. Dissertation research may occur at approved sites near home or work.

With a Ph.D. in Nursing, you will possess the skills needed to apply leadership strategies to address ethical, political, economic, and socio-cultural issues in nursing.
