For service requests requiring Immediate attention, please contact the RA on duty
for prompt response.
Examples may include but are not limited to:
Fire alarms
Electrical outage
Broken steam, gas, or water line
Overflowing toilet
Elevator entrapment
Water or sewage flooding or backing up into building
Gas leak or smell
Inoperable lock where space cannot be secured
Discharge of fire suppression system
Inoperable heating or cooling
In the case of a life-threatening emergency, immediately call 911.
