Visiting Artists, Scholars and Presenters

Each year, our department brings professional artists, designers, scholars and engaging leaders from an array of fields to interact with our students.

These professionals have include those of international acclaim such as Kara Walker, James Elkins, and Jiri Rosiki, to regionally and locally known creative individuals who inspire our students. While on campus, they interact with students through lectures, workshops and critiques to help students define their unique path in the contemporary world of art and design.
