Providing specialized training in the surgical treatment of tumors of the head and neck region, soft and hard tissue trauma of the oral and maxillofacial region, dentofacial and cleft deformities, and basic oral surgical procedures.

Combining the technical skill and knowledge of both dentistry and medicine, our program consists of Oral Medicine, Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, and Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology to train students in the diagnosis and management of disorders and abnormalities of the oral and maxillofacial region.

Training students in the specialty of dentistry that is concerned with the study and treatment of improper bites, which may be a result of tooth irregularity, disproportionate jaw relationships, or both.
