This program was established to shine a spotlight on the dedication, collaboration, excellence, and outstanding achievements that drive our collective success. Our awards align with the university's strategic priorities and the University System of Georgia's Incentive Compensation & Rewards Policy.
We're proud to continue recognizing excellence with the James A. and Erie P. Blissit Award for full-time administrative support staff, the W. Clay Adamson Jr. Award for full-time Facilities or Physical Plant support staff, the Team Impact Award for high performing teams who model open communication and trust, and the Student Impact Award to honor those who make a significant difference in our campus community.
