Student Forms

F-1 international students should complete all forms and requests in our online portal for e-forms, AU International. International students who are currently enrolled in courses at AU or recently graduated will log in with their AU network ID and password. International students who graduated and currently have approved Optional Practical Training (OPT) or STEM OPT will log in under Don't Have a Network ID? using the New Student/Scholar Login link. 

Please also note that international students must update their address, phone number and email addresses in Pounce. This information will be automatically pulled into AU International, and we will be alerted of any changes. We will then update the address and/or contact information in SEVIS. We ask that all international students please log into Pounce and verify that their address and contact information is correct. 

(International students are also still required to notify USCIS of any address change within 10 days after the move by filling out the Form AR-11 online.)

AU International

FORMS	DESCRIPTION
F-1 New Student Check-In	If you are a new F-1 international student who has just arrived in the U.S., you are required to complete this form in AU International to schedule your initial check-in appointment with our office.
Information Change Request	You must now update your address, phone number and email addresses in Pounce. Our new system, AU International, will automatically pull this information in, and we will be notified of any changes.
F-1/F-2 Travel Endorsement Request	If you plan to travel outside of the U.S. or have dependents who plan to travel outside the U.S., you should request travel endorsement in AU International under F-1 Student Services.
Add a New F-2 Dependent	If you would like to add your spouse and/or child(ren) as dependents (F-2s), fill out this request in AU International under F-1 Student Services.
Reduced Course Load Request	If you need to request a reduced course load, fill out this e-form in AU International under F-1 Student Services.
Optional Practical Training (OPT) Request	If you would like to apply for OPT, please log into AU International and complete the OPT Request under F-1 Student Services.
OPT Reporting	If you are currently working on OPT or STEM OPT, fill out this form to update IPSO of your contact and employment information. This form can be found in AU International under F-1 Practical Training.
STEM OPT Request	If you are currently on OPT and would like to apply for STEM OPT, log into AU International, click on New Student/Scholar Login, and enter your information. If it's your first time logging in or if you've forgotten your temporary password, you may click on Email me my Limited Access PIN.
CPT Request	If you wish to apply for Curricular Practical Training (CPT), you can do so in AU International under F-1 Practical Training.
