Each fall, we welcome our Jaguar's families and loved ones to our Augusta University community for a weekend filled with live music, lively conversation, and other family-friendly festivities that give you a glimpse of your students’ home away from home. Parent and Family Weekend is taking place October 6th - 8th, 2023.
This year you will begin the weekend with a laid back picnic at our annual Brew n' Que on our historic Summerville campus, followed up the next morning with a parent and family meet and greet with award-winning author Kelly Radi. Following your breakfast and conversation with Kelly, we invite you to cruise down the Augusta Canal with us at the Discovery Center at Enterprise Mill. Campus tours, information sessions, and other experiences on campus will be offered throughout the day on Saturday. Join us for John Cassidy, an award-winning comedian. Join us for a Sunday morning closing reception and breakfast before heading out!
It is our privilege and our pleasure to invite you to see firsthand the sort of home your student has with us during our annual Parent & Family Weekend. This program is a unique opportunity for you to meet members of your students community —and for us to meet and connect with you. Augusta University is a community of many voices and identities, and you are a key part of our community, too. Come join us for this experience like no other.
