Bio

I am an alumni of Augusta College (1982) and Augusta State University (2001)). I also graduated from Georgia Southern University with an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. My educational career began in 1982 as a fifth grade Language Arts teacher at Blakeney Elementary School in Burke County, which I enjoyed for twenty-two years. I then was assigned as the first Instructional Coordinator for Blakeney Elementary School, then Assistant Principal, and eventually named Principal. I served my last year before retirement as Principal at Waynesboro Primary School, also in Burke County.
