Bio
I am a doctoral student in Higher Education Administration with a professional background in instructional technology and student support. I currently serve as Director of IT Customer Experience at Augusta University, where I support teaching and learning through classroom technology, instructional support, Faculty and staff workstations support and enterprise AV services across campus.
My academic interests include strategic enrollment management, student belonging, nontraditional learners, and the lived experiences of international student-athletes. As a former collegiate student-athlete, I bring my lived experience and practitioner-in-training perspective into the classroom, with an emphasis on equity, access, and connecting theory to real-world higher education contexts.

Teaching Interests
I am interested in teaching topics related to strategic enrollment management and how recruitment, retention, and student success align with institutional mission, resources, and student needs. My interests also include student belonging, access, and equity, particularly for nontraditional students, international students, and student-athletes. Drawing from my current role in IT at Augusta University, I am interested in how information technology, instructional technology, and classroom systems support teaching, learning, and the overall student experience. As a multiple business owner, I also bring an interest in entrepreneurship, operational leadership, and customer experience, and I value connecting higher education theory to real-world practice through institutional and organizational examples.
