Teaching Interests

I am interested in teaching introductory management to help students understand business from a broader, interconnected perspective. In addition, my teaching interests include HR/People Analytics, helping students develop a data-informed understanding of human resource management.

Research Interests

My primary research interest lies in strategic human capital, investigating how people can be a source of organizational performance and how organizations can manage them to achieve superior performance. Related to human capital, my second research interest is employee mobility, specifically exploring the phenomenon of boomerang employees from both individual and firm perspectives.
