Dr. Saini is an Associate Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Medical College of Georgia. Her laboratory investigates transcriptional regulation, extracellular vesicles and treatment resistance in prostate cancer. She leads several translational projects and supervises multidisciplinary research teams.

Teaching Interests
Dr. Saini teaches foundational and advanced courses in biochemistry, molecular biology, cancer biology and cell signaling for medical, graduate and undergraduate students. Her teaching interests include metabolism, gene regulation, cell signaling, translational research concepts and experimental methodology. She is deeply committed to mentoring students in research, fostering critical thinking, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environments that empower trainees from diverse backgrounds.
