Research Interests
Chemistry of the actinide elements. Aspects of fundamental chemistry including the impacts of features particular to heavy elements such as relativistic effects and atypical covalency on aspects of coordination chemistry and magnetic properties. Additionally topics concerning nuclear waste management and reprocessing, such as process selectivity for actinides and waste form factors.
