Department of Pediatrics: General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine
Engage in diverse teaching modalities with 3rd and 4th-year medical students as well as all the pediatric residents at the Medical College of Georgia, utilizing approaches such as whiteboard instruction, case-based learning, simulations, and informal small group lectures. Topics covered include common outpatient and inpatient conditions, vaccination schedules, normal and abnormal development, newborn exams, respiratory distress in toddlers, failure to thrive, adolescent medicine and more.
