Teaching Interests
I am deeply committed to innovative nutrition and dietetics education, with a particular focus on competency-based training, simulation, and technology-enhanced learning. My teaching emphasizes applied clinical reasoning, hands-on skill development, and real-world readiness for emerging RDNs. I am especially interested in integrating AI, NFPE simulation, and interprofessional learning experiences to elevate student confidence and practice competence.

Research Interests
My research focuses on advancing nutrition and dietetics education through technology-enhanced learning, simulation, and AI integration, while also drawing on my extensive clinical background. I am additionally interested in clinical nutrition topics including obesity management, gastrointestinal disorders, nutrition support, and chronic disease.. Across both educational and clinical domains, my work aims to improve practice competence, patient outcomes, and evidence-based training for future RDNs
