Teaching Interests
I currently teach Exercise Physiology, Fitness Assessment and Current Issues in Health and Disease. In each class we explore the role of physical activity on a variety of health outcomes and the adaptations that occur with chronic aerobic training.

Research Interests
My research is focused on identifying impactful ways to encourage physical activity promotion. I have previously worked with cancer survivors, now I am tailoring my work to support body re-composition through physical activity and dietary improvements through virtual interventions.
