Dr. Bell is a 1992 graduate of SUNY at Stony Brook School of Medicine in Stony Brook, New York. She completed her internship in pediatrics at Montefiore Hospital, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York. She completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX.
