Research Interests

I study how people at work function effectively and how they differ and disagree, which includes how differences in personality, values, and political ideologies impact employees, teams, and organizations. My other core interests are in AI ethics, business/behavioral ethics, and metascience (doing research to improve the research process or outcomes).
