Research Interests

Dr. Crow's interests center on biobehavioral factors that promote improved healthspan, functional independence, and longevity. His current research focuses on interventions that preserve and/or restore physical function in older adults, particularly those at risk for pain-related disability. Most recently, Dr. Crow's projects adapt exercise science models to study relationships between chronic pain and functional performance in adults living with knee osteoarthritis, and investigate the use of cannabinoids to reduce pain-related disability in healthy adults and specialized populations.
