Bio
Dr. Vale is a Professor & Marshall B. Allen, Jr., M.D. Distinguished Chair, Department of Neurosurgery, Medical College of Georgia. In addition, he is the Surgical Director of the Functional and Epilepsy Section, Department of Neurosurgery. He graduate in 1991 from the University of Puerto Rico-School of Medicine in San Juan, PR and completed his neurosurgery training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 1997. Dr. Vale joined the University of South Florida (USF) faculty in 1997 until his departure to Augusta in 2019.His primary clinical interests are on epilepsy and functional neurosurgery.
