Teaching Interests

Dr. Cushman’s teaching interests include Teacher Education, New Teacher Induction and Mentorship, Teacher Recruitment, Retention, and Recognition (R3), Teacher Leadership; and Professional Learning for Teachers and Educational Leaders. She is committed to preparing future educators and fostering leadership capacity through evidence-based practices and reflective pedagogy.
