Founded Hospitalist program at St Mary's Hospital System in 2002. Became Chief Medical Officer in 2010. Worked with Dr Shelley Nuss to establish Internal Medicine Residency Program at St Mary's with Medical Partnership in 2016. Retired in 2019. In retirement teaching medical residents at St Mary's Outpatient clinic. (CIMA- Community Internal Medicine of Athens)
