Teaching Interests

Any aspects of Restorative Dentistry in both clinical and preclinical settings. Based on my own academic background and teaching experience, I can teach the course in two inter-related streams - Restorative Dentistry from the Material and Technology Perspective, and Restorative Dentistry from the Problem and Management
Perspective.

Research Interests

Any aspect of clinical research that involves cariology or salivary diagnostics. Based on my education and training, I can develop a novel project in dental caries or salivary gland disorders that have clinical relevance, and effectively pursue the study. Also, I can pursue a scientific project in oral cancers and oral premalignant lesions utilizing high throughput methodologies, and biocompatibility of dental biomaterials utilizing in-vitro models.
