Director of Psychology Post-doctoral Training
Dr. Amy House is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the treatment of borderline personality disorder and traumatic stress. She is the creator and director of the Augusta DBT program for the treatment of people with severe emotion dysregulation and the suicidal, self-harming, and addictive behaviors that often accompany it. She is also a practitioner, trainer, and supervisor of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has dedicated much of her career to teaching and training others and she facilitates both ACT and DBT peer consultation groups.
