Teaching Interests

I enjoy teaching all areas of Kinesiology but focus mainly on Biomechanics and Motor Learning.

Research Interests

My research interests are varied from improving athletic performance to strengthening rehabilitation programs. I focus on applied research in which the results can be easily interpreted and used in the community immediately. Always looking for active individuals to participate in our studies.
