MCG Igniting the Dream of Medicine Conference

Conference Registration is OPEN: September 8, 2025 - February 6, 2026

High School & Undergraduate College Conference Overview

This premier conference offers students an enhanced understanding of professional health programs and education. With an emphasis on medical school, Igniting the Dream offers interactive workshops, insight into the skills and preparation students need for successful admission and matriculation.

After you have completed your payment and registration forms, all participants will need to sign the consent forms below. Please feel free to contact us, if  you have any questions regarding the registration process. Participants of age 15-18 will need to have a parent /guardian sign the consent forms and participants over the age of 18, you are still required to complete the consent forms will not need a parent/guardian signature.

  • Conference Starts: 7:00 am
  • Opening Session: 8:00 am
  • Closeout Session: 4:30 pm

Please Note - REFUND POLICY:
50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received between December 1, 2025 - January 9, 2026. No refunds will be given after January 9, 2026.

Each conference attendee must sign a waiver in order to participate in the conference. All high school students must have a parent/legal adult attend the conference with them.

INFERNO-$750

Which includes: 

1. Recognition during events (Breaks, Lunch)

2. Full page color add on back cover

3. Company logo on Pre/Post communication with attendees

4. Ability to have company brochure/flyers placed in swag bags

5. Exhibitor table with 2 chairs and outlet access

6.  Name and logo printed on the program

7. Complimentary Lunch for up to two presenters

Vendor Registration (Level INFERNO)

We expect approximately 250-300 student participants (high school, college and post-bacc/medical). Participants will have opportunity to meet vendors while enjoying breaks and throughout lunch.

Each representative with your organization must complete a registration form.

Please note, the vendor registration fee covers two representatives. Each additional representative (third and sequential) will require an additional $50.00 fee.
