High School & Undergraduate College Conference Overview
This premier conference offers students an enhanced understanding of professional health programs and education. With an emphasis on medical school, Igniting the Dream offers interactive workshops, insight into the skills and preparation students need for successful admission and matriculation.
After you have completed your payment and registration forms, all participants will need to sign the consent forms below. Please feel free to contact us, if you have any questions regarding the registration process. Participants of age 15-18 will need to have a parent /guardian sign the consent forms and participants over the age of 18, you are still required to complete the consent forms will not need a parent/guardian signature.

Your support helps students explore, dream, and take the next step toward their future in healthcare!
We expect approximately 200- student participants (high school, college and post-bacc/ medical). Participants will have opportunity to meet sponsors while enjoying breaks and throughout lunch.
Each representative with your organization must complete a registration.
Please note, the sponsor registration fee covers two representatives. Each additional representative (third and sequential) will require an additional $50.00 fee.
