When people hear Augusta, Georgia – usually only one thing usually comes to mind – The Masters.

In recent years, our city has undergone a cultural renaissance.  Music venues and theatres downtown have been restored and new restaurants and breweries are opening up on every corner. Broad Street in Downtown Augusta is home to many locally owned restaurants, nightlife and artisans.  Locals and tourists spend nights and weekends strolling down Broad Street to take in all that it has to offer. In 2015, Zagat wrote an article featuring local eats in Augusta and Forbes stated that Augusta, Georgia may be the South’s Best-Kept Secret

Augusta, Georgia was just named the most neighborly city in America. Additionally, Money Magazine named Evans, Georgia the #1 Best Place to live in 2020.  Evans is located just 15-20 minutes from Augusta and many of our residents choose to live there due to the affordable housing options.
