Graduate Assistants (Externs)
The Graduate Assistant Program in Anesthesiology at the Medical College of Georgia supports medical students by providing employment, patient care as a provider of BLS and ACLS, clinical and educational research, and recruitment into the specialty of anesthesiology.
The extern is a critical part of the Anesthesia Care Team and is scheduled at approximately 40 hours per month during evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
