Tutoring and Academic Success Consultation services are available for Fall 2022

All tutoring and consultation sessions will be held in-person the ASC.

Schedule an Appointment

  1. Go Navigate to schedule an appointment . Select the blue "Schedule or Drop in for an appointment" button on the right side. Select Academic Success as the program and Select the Academic Success Center - Summerville Campus or the Academic Success Center - Health Sciences Campus as the location
  2. Under "What office can best support your needs today?" Select 'Tutoring or Academic Support'.
  3. Under 'What type of appointment would you like to schedule?', Select 'Course-based tutoring' or 'Academic Success Consultation'.
  4.  Under 'Pick a Date' Select a date you would like tutoring or coaching services.
  5. Select your preferred location (Academic Success Center - Summerville Campus or Academic Success Center - Health Sciences Campus).
  6. For 'who would you like to meet with?', Select a tutor or coach that you would like to meet with, and from there the peer educators (tutor or coach) availability for the week will show up OR if you do not have a preference, Select the course to see available tutoring and coaching times for that course.
  7. Select the time and date that you would like to receive tutoring or coaching services.
  8. Click 'Schedule'.
  9. You have the choice to receive an email and/or text confirmation.

Tutoring and Academic Success Consultation

  1. Log into Navigate, our online appointment system, with your AU credentials (It's the same as your email)
  2. On the right side, under 'Upcoming Appointments', select the appointment that you would like cancel
  3. A window will pop up with your appointment details, click 'Cancel my attendance' on the bottom left
  4. On the next screen, please select 'Student Canceled' as your reason 
  5. Select 'Mark as Canceled'
  6. A confirmation will appear confirming that your appointment has been canceled. Follow the above instructions schedule a new appointment if needed.

Please cancel your current appointment and create a new appointment using the steps provided above.
