The Division of Information Technology supports technological campus-wide systems and applications to enhance teaching, learning, and research. We aim to provide our faculty and staff with secure, effective technology resources and solutions while delivering excellence in customer service.
We are here 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to help you with your technology needs. We have you covered, from assistance with our Learning Management Systems (LMS) to password retrieval to support with AU-approved software and systems and all your technology classroom needs. Our division is also home to our Cyber Defense team, which protects our internet-connected devices and services from malicious attacks by cybercriminals.
