This is a quality improvement prospective observational cohort study to improve the evaluation and treatment of acute respiratory symptoms in people with CF through telehealth and expanded remote monitoring. People with CF who have agreed to participate will be scheduled for a telehealth visit when they notify their CF center of worsening CF symptoms suggestive of a pulmonary exacerbation. The hypothesis is that utilizing telehealth services for acute pulmonary exacerbations is implementable, associated with a high patient satisfaction and more then 80% of telehealth visits will be able to collect full-battery of objective data requested (spirmotry, weight, and pulse oximetry).
