(Blue-C Cologuard) Clinical Validation of an Optimized Multi-Target Stool DNA (mtsDNA 2.0) Test, for Colorectal Cancer Screening “Blue-C”

This study is to test a new method for improved detecting colorectal cancer. It is for people who are going to have a standard screening colonoscopy. An optional part of the study is offered for those who agree to have their blood drawn for future study.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Inclusion Adults ages 40 years of age or older Will undergo a Standard of Care screening colonoscopy Has no symptoms or signs that require immediate or near-term diagnostic or therapeutic colonoscopy Exclusion Personal or family history of colorectal cancer or of certain hereditary GI cancer syndromes, inflammatory bowel disease, or other history that the investigator believes should preclude participation. Has undergone a successful colonoscopy within the previous 9 years
