Medical College of Georgia
Department of Medicine: Hospital Medicine
I am so glad to be in the field of medicine and to have the opportunity to work at AU where we do see a good portion of the underserved/insured population. I have had the opportunity to grow up in 3 different countries, and therefore love meeting people and traveling to new places.
Having worked on the non-academic side up until July 2019, I am excited about the opportunity now to be able rotate through the teaching services from time to time.
I was involved with research briefly (at AU) during summer while in Undergrad. While in residency, I was involved in clinical research pertaining to Nephrology with Dr. Nahman. Currently, my primary interests are clinical, and I love taking care of our patient population, and being able to help them, not just medically but also with their social/situational needs that we often encounter along the way.
I have taken part in some global medicine many years ago, and hoping to get back into that also as availability permits.
