Bio

Dr. Yates grew up in Pennsylvania, served in the Army Nurse Corps for 9 years, and settled in GA upon leaving the military. After 32 years as a clinician, she began a second career in the Nurse Anesthesia Program. She loves teaching future CRNAs, and the fact that she is able to practice her first love, pediatric anesthesia. She has two grown children and one granddaughter.
