In response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, Augusta University (AU) will provide assistance for students who are or might be at an increased risk from COVID-19 as published by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Students requesting alternative educational arrangements must submit a completed COVID-19 Alternative Educational Arrangement Request Form to the Disability Office.

If you were approved to receive one or more alternative educational arrangements during the Spring 2021 semester and would like to renew your alternative educational arrangement(s) for the Summer 2021 semester, please complete the Renewal Form for COVID-19 Alternative Educational Arrangements. You will need your Summer class schedule information in order to complete the form. After you complete the form, TDS staff will review your medical documentation on file to determine if updated documentation is needed.
