Workplace injuries can happen at any time. The key to handling these incidents is to remain calm, access the situation and do not put yourself in danger.

EHS needs to be notified of all injuries that happen in a laboratory or animal facility, or involving biological materials or chemicals elsewhere on campus. This notification can be made by calling the Environmental Health and Safety Division at 706-721-2663.
Injuries should also be reported to Augusta University Human Resources based on the nature of the injury.
