Experience-based Education
Field experience in a dental private practice setting and classes highlighting specialty clinic observation give students valuable opportunities to gain first-hand knowledge about their chosen career.
Students learn the clinical application of the dental hygiene process through a variety of different practical methods.
Laboratory education provides hands-on mastery of skills like performing oral examinations, the application of topical fluoride, placing temporary restorations and applying sealants.
Whether you're an undergrad or graduate student, you'll have opportunities to create your own research projects or work with faculty to tackle some of the world's most complex and pressing challenges.
