Operations Department

Operations supports the core educational, patient care and research missions of Augusta University by maintaining a safe, attractive and highly functional campus environment.

We deliver high quality strategies, infrastructure and services through careful planning and execution, which includes:

• Developing and implementing the campus master plan.
• Effectively supervising construction and critical maintenance projects.
• Assuring that Facilities and grounds are well tended, attractive and practicable.
• Supporting effective, innovative Human Resources, labor management and training programs to enhance faculty and staff satisfaction and effectiveness.
• Providing effective reputational management and promotional resources to foster university growth through the Division of Communications and Marketing (DCM).

We aim to provide high quality service and value through being respected stewards of Augusta University’s physical assets and identifying ways to continuously improve operations as we grow our campus to accommodate the university’s changing needs.
